Where can I find my order or shipment ID?
In the email we send:
When you place an order, you’re sent an email that includes your order ID in the email. The order ID is also on the receipt we send you.
In your account:
You can also find your order ID in your account dashboard in the order details page. Additionally, when we pack and ship your order you’ll see the shipments associated with it in the order details page in your account dashboard. You can also use the shipment ID associated with the shipment to track it.
Tracking Support
Check the estimated delivery time as delivery times are not guaranteed. If you still have not received your shipment within the estimated delivery time we recommend contacting the carrier before contacting our support team to locate your shipment. Read more about delayed shipments
